Refund Policy
Consultation and diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Advance payments for treatments can be adjusted for future appointments if rescheduled with prior notice.

Refunds (if applicable) for unused or cancelled services will be processed after management review within 7–10 working days.

No refunds will be issued for completed treatments or procedures.
